7. Fair Usage Policy

a. Lifetime Plan Users

To ensure fairness and sustainability:

• Lifetime plans come with reasonable usage limits to prevent abuse.

• These include data storage, API usage, and monthly campaign activity thresholds (e.g., number of form submissions, traffic served).

• If your usage consistently exceeds our fair limits, we may contact you to upgrade or throttle non-critical features.

  
  

b. Enterprise Users

Enterprise customers may have custom agreements. However:

• Automated abuse, high-frequency scraping, or violating rate limits is not permitted.

• If usage significantly deviates from the agreed limits or terms, we may request adjustment or apply surcharges.

We want you to succeed — our goal is to support genuine usage, not restrict you unfairly.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to QueueForm for violations of these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

QueueForm is provided "as-is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Patiala, Punjab, India, unless otherwise agreed.
